        I absolutely love Miraval. Every year I take a me-cation to a different wellness resort and Miraval definitely has earned a spot in the top 5 for me. The staff, the classes and food were excellent. The resort was not crowded which made it a true oasis for those who truly want time for self reflection. The desert hiking was amazing. The best part was having no cell phone reception allowed me to fully disconnect from life.
