        First of all, I went here for help with a notice of deficiency after waiting a whole day after making the appointment, they tried to say they could not help me and referred me to another office which was unnecessary. I came back to get help for this year's taxes and they argued in front of me who was going to help me! How unprofessional. While going through the taxes, Michelle did not really explain much and did not really listen to what I was saying. she rushed through as she seemed to want to get to her next client. I also emailed her with questions the following days and received one response and after that, nothing. I would not recommend going here. All they care about is making the money. They don't care if they help you. My red flag moment should have been when I was waiting to be seen and people kept coming into the office to complain about their service. SHEESH

        Tried to make an appointment and was unable to because the lady only spoken broken English. Very frustrating. Spanish was clearly her first language. 0/10.
