If I could give negative stars I would. And I would do it on her site as well however google doesn't show the option conveniently. Everything the one star reviewers have said on here is 100% true and is what I am going through as well. I have an attorney involved at this point. She has my original documents and will not respond so that I can get them back. She also has a retainer of mine that I deserve returned as all she has done up to this point was fax documents and avoid me. She is not certified per CPAVerify, she is not BBB accredited. I will take this as far as I have to legally because none of us deserve to be taken advantage of like this. Taxes are stressful enough sometimes and she has made this situation even worse. Own up to your faults and take care of these people now!!
