1. Very friendly folks at the rental facility. 2. The increasing rental prices force me to seek other transportation alternatives. 3. Be sure to purchase the extra insurance! Recall the "Enterprise 'got-you' factor." Namely, months after returning the car, expect a call from national or regional corporate offices... alleging that you damaged the car while the car was rented to you. So... 4. Be sure to carefully photograph or video the car both (A) before you take the car off of Enterprise's lot; and, (B) when you return the car. Have proof that you did NOT damage their car. 5. Do not expect to have the vehicle ready at your reservation location and time. Expect that Enterprise may NOT have cars for rent at your rental reservation location and time. 6. The check in process (at an airport drop off) was easy and quick. The added $100 drop off fee provides a 'bitter taste' at the end of the rental.

The car was great. It ran great and was very clean. The process of reserving and returning the car was very easy. My only con about the car was the windshield wipers didn't clean my windshield very well when I encountered rain and snow. Everything else was fantastic.
