Delivered my package to the wrong address I payed for overnight shipping and it took them 4 days to re deliver when I asked about a refund they laughed

I'll tell you, if you ever need to make sure something has to be done correctly, this is the best place to ship. These days it's hard to find great customer service, but not here. I've been using this location for FedEx for years. Every time I come here I'm reminded of why I use them. They never give me half answers or questionable responses, they know exactly how to do everything. Very helpful and polite. They all look you straight in the eyes. Thanks for all that you do.

I was dreading going here as it's a bit tough to access but it's all good. Usually not busy and staff gets it and is helpful.

Phone number listed for this location is a National call center. This is commonly done, but many companies can transfer you to the location. The call center called the location to ask a question, yet they wouldnt transfer me directly to inquire of them many other questions. This isnt right. If you have a number thats listed on Google for a location, you SHOULD be able to talk to someone that IS physically at that location.
