I was shipping out a package to a friend and stopped here to send it out. The guy was really helpful and found the right box and packaged the box up really good. Said it would take 2 days to arrive and gave me a tracking number. And sure enough it arrived without anything breaking. I'd definitely will be using this FedEx again

This FedEx store is always consistent. I've been able to ship a variety of different items to different parts of the country. Every single time, my packages have arrived on the day they were expected or even earlier. My most recent experience came recently. I needed to mail some items that wouldn't fit in my suitcase back to my apartment in a different state. The worker who worked with me found the perfect-sized box for my items and packaged it well. He told me it would get there in four business days and he was right. The box came to my apartment in perfect condition and on time. The reason that I am giving it four stars rather than five stars is that sometimes they can be slow. This can cause the wait time to be a while even if there is one person in front of you in line. There usually is only one worker, so if you're in a rush, I would not come to this FedEx specifically. But I'd recommend it otherwise.

The FedEx center in Lowell (the one responsible for FedEx deliveries in Northwest Arkansas) is the worst out of any in the US. Weather delay for 2 straight days when the weather is nice and sunny. Just horrible. Lazy employees over there. Been waiting on a package from the east coast for a week now. They had a blizzard over there which I can understand, but here it was fine for two days.

I can't say enough about the customer service at this Fedex. Roberto made miracles happen for my rush print/ship job. High quality staff = high quality customer service.
