Update: Management did fix the heating and cooling system after I complained on Google Reviews. The fact that I had to complain publicly (I put in multiple service requests) in order to fix the system is why I'm leaving my one star review. The A/C was leaking Freon for three years and would not have been fixed unless I gave them a bad review... Management is bad here!

Its a nice place it was a rocky start but they have new management which Paige has been easily reachable and a great help. If youre looking for a one bedroom apartment with just one bill this is your place. Everything is included from WiFi, electric, utilities, heat/AC, its just one bill except parking. A spot is $75 a month but also there is off road parking which is just as close as the parking lot pretty much and its free. Im giving 4 stars because i wasnt happy with everything at all when first moving in and things taking so long. However, I feel like once the office downstairs is complete itll finally all wrap together and be a great place to live.

All things considered, I had a decent experience at the Network. Decided to move out after being notified that rent would be increasing. Can attest to the other reviewers claiming that parking was a nuisance. Parking at the library was never ideal, but once the library kicked us out, parking became a hassle. I asked multiple times to be put on the waiting list for the Network's $75/month reserved spots, but they gave priority to new resident's moving in over current residents wanting a spot. My car ended up getting totaled by a drunk driver while parked on School's parallel spots by the library. After this incident, I only felt safe parking on South, which made parking even more scarce. Overall, the lack of amenities were unfortunate. But, I feel like this was somewhat factored into the slightly cheaper price compared to other apartments near downtown. There was no on-site management, which had pros and cons. The unit itself was nice with lots of big windows and smart switches. The kitchen island was awesome but had a basic, cheap sink that felt out of place in the otherwise higher-end space. Access to library, greenway, and other downtown attractions are all a big plus as well.

great apartment, great price, but the lack of parking is ridiculous. i just got yelled at by my neighbor (who lives next to where were supposed to park bc Network didnt build enough parking for even the residents) just for parking in the spot Network emailed us and told us we should park in after the library stopped letting us park there. when we moved in right after they opened, they said to park at the library, but the library stopped letting us park in the parking lot. alternatively, were supposed to be able to park on school, but those spaces are often taken by library goers as they should be. its just lazy and illogical to depend on public resources like the library to make up for the pitfalls of your design choices. Network is about to open office space on one side of the first level and i am very concerned about not being able to park within a few blocks of my own apartment. if youre seeking office space here, your clients are sure to encounter a similar issue with parking and will have difficulty meeting you in your office. my partner has been with specialized for years and has never had a bad experience until we moved here and we now struggle to find parking near our own apartment. i feel like they should give residents amenities as they do at nearly every other specialized property, but instead they seek to maximize profit and further the parking issue. :/
