Great group of people to live around. Good maintenance and management. Overall a quiet and calm complex. Within walking distance to many places and bus routes.

Can't use the pool as advertised. It's a natural habitat now after over two seasons of no maintenance of that area. Disgusting to look at and I worry about mosquitos breeding there this year.

Decent apartment as a single mom in a 2 bed 2 bath. Dont expect any maintenance to get done for months. I put in my first maintenance request in on 5-26-21 and it is 9-24-21 today and they have pushed it back to 9-30-21. Every month since Ive moved in, I have handed in my rent on time, in person and kindly remind them that my maint. request has still not been done. All Keith had to say about me waiting over 4 months was, I know. The ladies in the back office at least seemed sympathetic. If the wood is peeling from the backdrop of the sink asking for mold growth and your bathroom doesnt lock, but you live alone, is not deemed worthy of fixing according to them. Don't let the pool amenity attract you as it hasn't been open since COVID. They never drained or cleaned it out so it had green sludgy water for years. They drained it and fixed it up at the end of summer 2022 (didn't open it for tenants) just to let it sit there all winter and get gross again. Other than that its a quaint little complex with good neighbors.
