Management and the maintenance guys are great. The 33% rent increase in 2 years should be criminal though. I have carpet and a fridge from the 90s. Cheap windows ice over from the inside in winter. Zero improvements have been made to the property with that money. The parking lot has potholes bad enough to damage a vehicle. The fountain doesnt function half the time so the retention pond turns into a mosquito infested cesspool. They have reduced landscaping maintenance like mulching to the fronts of buildings where potential renters can see. The rear beds are filled with grass and weeds. The painters that came through recently left paint splattered on windows and dumped onto sidewalk and grass. I understand the challenges with the housing market, but a 33% increase at a property youre doing nothing to improve is pure greed.

Staff is always nice and helpful, amazing location, and apartments are spacious and nice for the price! So glad they dont fish for money like other apartments do

Amazing. Best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful friendly neighbors. I couldn't be happier
