        Look at the rest of the reviews on here.... I can promise you there is something to it when multiple people write the same type reviews.. The lease agents know absolutely nothing. Unhelpful and extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially Roxanne. Absolutely horrible service. EDIT- The owner says here that we never leased here. And then goes on to say that we left a 1 star review due to rent insisting to be paid?? So did we not lease here? Or did we? What a ridiculous contradicting statement No --- the review was left for poor customer service. Qualifications, fair housing, or whatever else they mentioned are irrelevant to this review. We chose not to lease here because your staff were both rude and not very knowledgeable about the most basic of questions regarding your own application process. My review was of your customer service, which was very poor. Hence the 1 star. Stop making ridiculous excuses for your poor reviews such as " so and so didn't pay rent" What a ludicrous blanket statement. You got a 1 star review because of 1 star service. I'm sure everyone else that left a 1 star review are just liars as well? And you guys are all very professional and share tons of experience. Right

        I posted this 6 days into my lease in November. This platform that cannot be named hides honest reviews for various reasons such as a long post and a low honest rating among numerous fake high ratings. These are photos of the conditions of my apartment when I moved in. The apartment was also infested with roaches when I moved in and is still infested. Maintenance also entered my apartment without notice while I wasn't home and left my front door unlocked and open after leaving. The manager said that my inspection sheet gave them the right to enter without notice. I'm concerned about their poor professionalism based on their excuse and their responses to these reviews.

      This person has never leased from our company. He did not do his research as that is not the name of the leasing agent. With 50 years combined experience, real estate and accounting license we have a lot of knowledge and do all we can to help. We get these reviews when we are unable to comply with a request do to real estate law or fair housing. Or perhaps we simply insisted that rent be paid

      I am not sure why this was sent to my personal email, unless this is a complaint against me. If so I am very sorry as I try very hard to take care of all my tenants. I don't know how to hide reviews so I have never tried to do so. I am sorry for your problems and disatisfaction with your apartment. Had you told me 2 months ago when you moved into the apartment I would have sent the cleaners back to re-clean the apartment. I do not know what excuse or response resulted in poor professionalism as this is the first time I have responded. I have been sending the Pest Control Company to your apartment every 2 or 3 weeks. I acknowledge that you did have a bug problem. I am told by the Pest Control Company this is no longer a problem. I also acknowlege that this complex is 50 years old and comes with a certain amount of wear and tear. However if there are items you need us to repair, just let us know and we will do so. Prehaps you would happier if you transfered to a newer complex. I have an apartment at Leverett Flats that will be available in March. I was told by the manager of the situation with maintenance. They were reprimanded for leaving a door unlocked. They were also told to not enter your apartment unless you are home. Thank you, Rexanne, Leasing Agent
