The staff is always so kind and maintenance responds fast! The apartment fits my price range and it honestly feels much bigger than other student apartments Ive toured. My favorite thing about this place is that it feels like home and I get treated like family. I absolutely LOVE all the resident events and all the giveaways. Its nice to live somewhere that gives back to their tenants!

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SAFETY. I am currently sick and my patio door lock broke I contacted the apartment and had the courtesy of letting them know I was sick. I put in a service request and let them know I will stay in my bedroom until they are done so they have no contact with me. They will not fix the lock until Im no longer sick. I understand they are worried for their employees and if it wasnt an outside door I would have waited until I was better, but this is a safety hazard. I have a lease for a one bedroom apartment I am alone most of the time. I could be sick for another week, so the fact they would leave me without a functioning lock is unacceptable especially being on the ground level . I would call but the office never picks up their phone and when you do go up there, theres usually three employees doing nothing. The office is extremely disorganized one person will tell you one thing and then youll hear something completely different. The only good thing about these apartments is the shuttle driver. I wish I had never signed a lease with these apartments. The only way these apartments are okay to live in is if you never have a problem. Which is unlikely considering their remodeling their very nice home office instead of focusing on apartments that need repairs.

Worst Place Ever?! YES, here's why. Where do I start? This place is a mess. Everything is filthy and gross. First day of move in I waited for 2 hours being told my place was being cleaned before I was allowed to enter. By the time I enter the apartment the entire place was obviously never cleaned. How's the management? HORRIBLE! How do I even begin. Management gives dates, times, and details of when things will be completed then never follows through. Dozens of residents have been waiting on MAJOR fixes for months that have and will probably NEVER be dealt with. Management will lie and say items are on "backorder" then say they will no longer fix the issue after being asked again. Apartment conditions? HORRENDOUS. Upgraded apartments? Yeah right haha. The appliances havent been updated since this the place was built and dont even hope for a new fresh coat of paint like they say. Carpet covered with pee stains, scratch marks all over the walls and doors, floor tiles peeling up, and furniture falling apart. Ammenties/Parking? Terrible. Grills are all rusted and broken. Constant issues with the bus not working, Sal the driver is the best and only good thing about this place. The pool is always closed for construction projects. Parking is impossible. Not enough parking for everyone. Safety/condition of Apartment? Again Terrible. This place is not well maintained. The stairs across the entire complex are falling apart and have caused a major safety concern. Sidewalks/ parking lots cracked with potholes. Dozen or so apartments have flooded without being properly dealt with. Mold is a major and probable concern to be wary of. Would I live here? NO
