I lived here almost 2 years and at first I had no problems, now every month Im getting a eviction letter after I pay my rent. They just love messing with people who do nothing wrong

The people white, black and all types of folks that live there are good people just misunderstood.I Lived in South Fayettevile from 1988 til 2017 so I grew up on so called ghetto nonnamaker and what rich people call ghetto Southmont. It was home to me and taught me alot about life even though the cops were heavy alot. My grandma was a sweet and charismatic country girl and lived at Southmont now highpoint for 25 years. It was an amazing place for along time and then it started to change. Management became bad plus the racist issues that have affected that area got worse. gun shots and drugs are apart of America and that's just a fact. I'm a deep artist and to me this complex will always have a special place in my heart. My grandma would give me quarters plus laundry baskets, I would get sodas from the machine then do laundry. She ordered pizza and we watched basketball all day. I miss her, she was so cool. She loved that place.
