Uptown Fayetteville

Awful apartment complex management. The inconsistency and lack of knowledge in the staff and community is appalling. They have awful communication and policies that make living there a difficulty and inconvenient.

My son was killed in a horrific hit-and-run at the end of August. My daughter had to move home because of the tragic situation. Her lease was up in early September, and she was planning to resign her lease until this situation occurred. We were charged a reletting fee because we did not give a 60-day notice. I reached out to the company, and they said they couldnt waive the fee. This type of corporate greed makes me sickthe lack of compassion for others and the priority of money over grace.

The management at uptown is terrible! I lived there for two years. I moved to the complex from a different state. When picking up my keys, they told me that there was a glitch in their system and they didnt have an apartment for me. After staying in an Airbnb 2 months, I was finally able to get the apartment. Moving out was an even bigger ordeal. The communication between the staff is nonexistent. Missy Tillman is the WORST manager I have ever dealt with. She is very unprofessional and talks negatively about her staff often blaming them for her mistakes.
