    The staff and leaders at the YOUnion have been incredibly helpful with leasing an apartment for the 2024-25 year! As a parent, I have had MANY questions about several aspects of living at the YOUnion. Each and every member of the staff were able to answer my questions and in a prompt manner. We are very excited to have a residence at this location in the fall!

    Living here for a year and a half and have had a multitude of problems. My car has been broken into from inside the complex 3 times. The wifi was decent when it was with cox but they switched to pavlov who had known issues. I try to avoid taking tests or quizzes at the apartment because Ive had multiple situations where the wifi will crash halfway through. There was even an entire month over the summer where we didnt have wifi. The only thing we got for this inconvenience was 25 dollar gift cards. The pool area was closed for an extended period of time during the months it was supposed to be open. Theyre raising rent by 200 dollars for this experience im sure if i was a 60 yr old person who didnt know how to operate a computer id be just fine. As a college student however they deprive us of necessities required to be successful.

    got towed by the place that i live how heartless is that. also my roommates car got broken into inside the garage, whats up with that? also maintenance never notified of their entry to our unit and left a mess on our floor. the inspection team also locked our cat in a room.

Mac, thank you for reaching out. We are actively working with the internet provider to resolve the issues and have forwarded on all feedback. We want to assure you that the recent outage was beyond control of PAVLOV internet or our management team here at YOUnion. The equipment that is used by all internet providers in the area was cut by some construction that was being done nearby, ultimately cutting off all internet connection for YOUnion at Fayetteville. We are unaware of Wi-Fi going out once a month for your unit. I see on your account that you haven’t reached out to us regarding this issue. We are more than happy to help set you up with a PAVLOV member that would be able to fix any internet issues that are still occurring for you.We are slightly confused regarding your concern with the elevator. None of four elevators we have been down for such a lengthy period of time. On February 21st, our elevator one was down due to it needing a replacement part. Our friends at Otis were very prompt with getting this fixed and the elevator was back up and running no later than the 26th. Would you be able to provide our team with details on which elevator has been improperly working for you? Please feel free to reach out so we can be sure to fix all of these issues for you right away.

We have deterrents such as the controlled access into the building, garage gates, and cameras throughout the community, including the garage. These are deterrents but are not infallible and we communicate this to residents, so they are able to take appropriate measures to secure their belongings. We hope that Fayetteville PD was able to assist you with the investigation on finding who broke into your vehicle. Regarding the internet service, we understand the frustration caused and can assure you that our PAVLOV team is on standby and ready to help you with any recurring issues you have with the Wi-Fi. We are so sorry your experience has not been what you had hoped while living at the YOUnion.We are so sorry to hear that your vehicle was towed from the YOUnion property. Here at the property, we only tow for very specific reasons. The only way you would have been towed is if you were in violation of our parking addendum, in violation of posted signs, and/or parking in another individual's parking spot. For your friend's car being broken into we unfortunately have no legal power in preventing vehicles from being broken into. While we have deterrent measures in place, including multiple security cameras throughout the property, fob access to all entrance points on the property, and gates, we cannot claim these deterrents are completely foolproof. We hope that Fayetteville PD was able to assist them with this matter. We are so sorry to hear that you were unaware of our maintenance team entering your unit and we are sorry to hear that you are displeased with them closing the door on your animal. Looking at your account, the only maintenance request we have for your unit was entered on 12/04/2023. Since then, we have sent two notices to all residents, one on 01/04/2024, regarding our construction consultant coming into units to perform preventative inspections and one on 02/09/2024 notifying each resident of our quarterly inspections that were scheduled to begin on Monday, February 12th. In this email, we included the day that each unit would be inspected. The emails also state to confine any pets for the safety of your pet, as well as our maintenance staff. We can assure you that our maintenance team takes their job very seriously and will work diligently to take your feedback seriously.We value your commitment to being a part of the YOUnion team and hope we can better your experience from here on out.
