well I've lived here a year and done had the place flooded five different times they never quite seemed to fix the damages its a chill place tho .. they will screw u on everything ..Lindsey ya kno ..if it wasn't for constant water damage problems which leads to mold (they deny) would be great place..sux rent went up sixty dollars after a year tho $630 for a tiny one bedroom ..maintenance crew is awesome great people...but lindsay is shady

Very thin walls, I have a morning job and my neighbors keep me up. Gave me an apartment with rust covered appliances, my dishwasher melts some of my plastics, (was told if we get yours fixed then we would have to fix everyones) warped counters/floors, some of the drawers kept falling off the hinges. Not to mention the bad paint cover ups from past tenants. You get what you pay for.
