I have received help from Jasmine on multiple occasions. She is always very polite and addresses my concerns leaving me feeling well taken care of. So I already had a high opinion of her and the way she conducts herself, then the other day while I was attempting to ask her a question her professionalism blew me away. Another individual was in her office irrately yelling and cursing and somehow Jasmine stayed cool and addressed them politely with a smile. I don't know how y'all found Jasmine, but she is amazing at her job and should probably be given a raise, I could never have maintained such a high level of professionalism in that moment as she did.

We have lived here for almost 4 years, for the past year we have had new management and new maintenance guys, they have slowly been working to get this complex back into shape, The management staff is friendly and will help with what you need, recently I had placed 6 work orders, since the prior management and maintenance did not do anything to resolve. The maintenance guys are very knowledgeable, friendly and will work with your schedule to get the issues addressed in a timely manner, 5 of the 6 work orders have been completed and the issues resolved and or appliances replaced, they are definitely working hard to bring this place back to where is should be, I applaud their ongoing efforts. I would say that as of now this place is a good place to call home. Keep up the good work, management team. Thanks, a current resident of chamberland square.
