        My mother & I went in to chat & book florals for my wedding. The two girls working greeted us, asked how they could help, but then showed no interest in helping. Note: we called beforehand to see if we could come in without an appointment & they said yes. As I explained my ideas & interests they continued working behind the desk & even at times interrupted me to have their own conversations. If they were more attentive or even seemed to care just a little, they wouldve had our service. As we were leaving she told me to email everything I had just explained to get a quote. I would not waste your time going in to discuss floral arrangements as they were clearly too busy to care.

        Edens Flower Truck is such a fun experience for everyone! She has an amazing floral selection and gives great tips/pointers on how to create the perfect arrangement. Plus, the owner (Eden) is so kind!

        This is what we were expecting as advertised (pictured below). Instead we got a very disinterested instructor, minimal flower choices, a vase that was picked for us, a daycare center, non hosting, get your own drinks, no snacks, get your flowers, put in a vase and get out. We were there for twenty minutes with my daughter asking questions instead of you teaching us anything. You never said a word to me during the entire time. This is what your advertisement said: About this event @ 1 hour For only $45 enjoy your very own boozy cocktail + a floral arranging workship! All supplies will be provided, each attendee gets to choose their own vase and all the flowers you want to stock it with! An easy follow along guide to making the perfect foral arrangment from the expertise of Eden's Flower Truck staff. This is an afternoon of fun you do not want to miss! Grab a friend and come enjoy a night out with us! All events have complimentary cocktail/mocktail bar and snacks provided!

We do like to schedule consultations so we can solely focus on you and not have to worry about calls, customers or other interruptions.       I am sorry you were disappointed with the event, we tried to provide an educational workshop showing tips and tricks for the florals. We provided an upgraded take home craft cocktail infusion as well as free alcohol during the event. Along with a variety of fresh premium blooms for you to choose from. I am sorry the event did not live up to what was advertised and hope the refund you have already been provided will satisfy you with our services.If this complaint in our services was brought up during the event, we could have made additional accommodations but unfortunately after you took home the floral arrangements and additional free cocktails kits, a refund is all I am able to provide. We hope you have a wonderful day and thank you for attending this workshop
