        Looks like a beautiful place to live. But, they require declawing if you want to have a cat. I highly suggest that the owner look into the detrimental effects that declawing has on a cat. Any animal lover wouldn't put an animal through that. Animals' health is more important than furniture. There are alternatives like claw caps and deterrent spray. Hate it because the pictures prove this is a beautiful place to live, just get your pet policies straight.

        I lived here in Apt A12 back in 1976 till 1978. I met my husband who lived in apt A2. We married in 1978 and have been happily married 45 years. I thank God for placing us both in the same building.
