        3/21/24 JC Penney on ming Bakersfield CA: This is for IVANA and LEPPY:I'm going through treatment and surgery and went into the makeup department for help on how to cover up the bruising on my arms. The young lady IVANA was very COMPASSIONATE and CARING and made me feel so comfortable and safe while discussing the situation. Her COMPASSION is something that you don't find very often. BLESS YOU IVANA and THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP TODAY also to LEPPY in the jewelry department I recently lost my son and was passing by and saw a double-hearted necklace My son was also called "My Heart" she helped me so much and was patient and understanding THANK YOU MELISSA
