Havent been there in over a decade. Usually buy my close @ Macys & Bloomingdales. I remember their attires looking professional & descent quality. Not only is the quality not there. I am not sure who is wearing this close. They look more out to date. Than what they had 10 yrs ago. If you are 80 yrs old plus. & want to look your age MAYBE?!? The staff gets 5 stars, even 10. Very helpful in trying to offer me financing. & pointing me in the right direction. As I made it to the woman close department & my arms were full from shopping @ Macys & Nordstrom rack who gave fashion thats more this year maybe last year but not from decades ago. One of the associates approached me & offered to get me a shopping cart so I dont have to struggle with all the bags. I politely declined. But was supper impressed. None of the other store thought to do that. They either have shopping carts. Or back in the day they used to offer you to leave it by the register to comfortable shop. So that gives JCPenny 10 stars for customer service. Plus when I waited for one of the cashiers. For a few minutes while she was helping one couple in front of me. Another cashier promptly showed up offering to assist. I politely declined. Wanting to Waite for the first cashier that already inserted some of my questions. But she said thats ok. Let her help you out. I said I am waiting for you, I would like you to get the credit. She smiled thats ok we work as a team I prefer for you to get the best, fastest customer service for your convenience. So, even if the women department is not so impressive there are other departments like kids or mens close they might fit your needs.
