Just completed my first-time home buying experience which was overwhelming to say the least. Jamie is top tier when it comes to working with lenders / mortgage brokers, etc. She made the process very simple and efficient. She was patient and answered all of our questions promptly. There were several unique factors to our application which required writing and signing several different statements / letters for the underwritters. Jamie was able to help us draft all of these letters which made the process incredibly efficient because all of the required content was present in the first draft and didn't require us to iterate back and forth to get the verbage in an appropriate format. I will 100% go back to Jamie for future mortgage needs, and will absolutely refer her to any friends and/or family in the future. Highly recommend!
