        Ordered 2 appliances on line which was very smooth. For delivery building needs a Certificate of Insurance this is where things go south. Been several calls, texts - combined 6 hrs with various customer service reps - 3 times they said youll get it within 24-48 hrs - still nothing. Had to reschedule the delivery but still cant get the COI. If someone from the store reads this please help, delivery is tomorrow and will probably have to reschedule again since been on hold for last 1 hr with no action.
