Newark Pet Clinic

I use to take my dog there. Service was good. However in the last months, just an answering machine answers the calls and ask you to record your message that they will return to schedule. I left a couple of messages and they never return. Im giving up on them.

I feel like every time I call and try to talk to someone, I have to leave a voice-mail in their general mailbox. I have left messages in there and no one ever gets back to me. I have decided to go to another vet because of this and because I wasn't satisfied with their services, so if you are considering this place, it's okay but you might be better going elsewhere.

Very unhappy with the lack of response from this business. I had purchased a puppy package which included all vaccinations as well as microchip. Well luckily my pup got all her vaccinations but not the microchip. I tried for 2 weeks to call but could not leave a message due to voice mailbox was full. I then sent an email and got the response back that they were closed due to staffing issues. How hard would it be to change their outgoing message to reflect the closure. I have requested a refund for not getting the microchip that I already paid for but no response. Sorry they are having staffing issues, but not my problem!

Wow. I'm so disappointed with Newark Pet Clinic. I have been a long time Custom er for low prices. I guess you pay for what u get. The response and customer service is horrible. Since August - September I have been trying to order my pets Pain Medication and full voice mail no one at the clinic. I had to try alternative routes different vet and now chewy online. The new front desk girls were very helpful when I visited in last week of July2022.
