I just call but I went somewhere else

Groomer did not call after finishing the groom. We had to go find a cashier to get our dog after 4 hours. Groomer did not express anal glands and or brush teeth.

If I had a room, I would take every animal home, but then God I dont

Flake. Gives availability for appts then never returns call to make the appt. Too many other groomers to deal with this flake.
