Just talked to Dustin on the phone about an issue with a cylinder misfire on my jeep. He said that they were swamped, but he still went out of his way to assist me in finding a mechanic that could help. He was very helpful, professional, and kind. 10/10 would recommend this place based off the phone call alone.

Brought in my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Seems my Jeep was wobbling and pulling to the left. Dustin did a thorough inspection and drove it around a few times. After pinpointing the issue as an innacurate wheel balance by the previous wheel shop. Dustin did a complete tire removal and rebalance with his digital balancing machine. And voila, no more shimmy or shake. And very little to no pull as well. Thanks Dustin, you will have a repeat customer here on out.

I would like to start by saying, I do not write reviews very often but my experience with Dustin and his crew warrants this one. First, Dustin is one of the most professional business owners that I have had the pleasure of meeting. His concern for his customers is seldom seen in todays environment. He does not try to up-sell you on stuff that you dont need. He gives it to you straight and you decide whether you want it or not. He does not employ parts changers, he employs real mechanics that do the job right the first time at a fair price. His labor rates are in line with the industry. But unfortunately, the industry is filled with parts changers that can slap on a lift kit but when asked couldnt diagnose a bad battery. I have never had to return my Jeep because of a faulty repair, and I do not get my Jeep back with a bunch of grease fingerprints all over it. My Jeep is my baby that I have spent a lot of money on, and I expect the people that work on her to respect that, and they DO!!!
