The worst customer service. You get the run around then tons of conflicting answers. Then they shrug their shoulders and tell you to call the 800 number. Oh but wait the 800 number tells you to go into your local branch.

I scheduled an appointment specifying I needed a notary. I came a few minutes before my appointment time and ended up waiting for 25 minutes before my person assigned to me could help me, only to find out shes not a notary and I would need to wait an additional 30 minutes for someone to become available who is a notary. Im not sure why they would schedule me with a someone who isnt a notary when thats what I asked for but its beyond frustrating to have to spend over an hour on something that should only take 15 min. I would have rescheduled but with their limited hours it just wasnt possible.

Security is subpar. Check for skimmers on ATM. I had $700 taken out of my account. Looking forward to seeing the person on camera that stole my money.
