Worst insurance agent ever! It takes forever to hear back from them and you never get a straight answer to your questions.All they care about is milking the customer as long as possible. They make processes more difficult instead of easier.They also dropped the ball several time. I filled out the payment authorization form and then was charged late fee because my premium wasn't deducted.I am switching back to an online only company.
