Allen Tire Company

I bought a new set of tires and got an alignment. The price for the tires and install was the same as other tire shops near by but decided to go with Allen tires because they offered alignments and my truck had a slight pull to the left. I dropped off the truck on Monday around 11 and got a call that it was ready around 4. first thing I noticed when I hopped in my truck was how dirty they left my steering wheel and door handle, my hands were instantly covered in dirt and grease. As I drove off the lot, i noticed the steering wheel was now crooked and pointing to the right and the truck still pulled to the left (even more now). I wanted to return to the shop that same day but I did not have time. On Tuesday, I drove on the freeway and noticed that the truck now shakes once I drive above 75MPH, i didn't have this issue before with my old tires. I called the shop and explained to them what the issues where and they told me to come back when ever i can. I arrived to the shop today, Wednesday around 2pm and informed them what the issues were. They told me they could fix it and it shouldn't take long. As I waited i could see them working on my truck and noticed they do not use any kind of interior protection, so my interior was once again going to be a mess. After waiting for 2 hours they told me everything was fixed and I shouldn't have an issue. I Hop on the truck and yup, my steering wheel and door handle are dirty again. I drove off and noticed the steering wheel is just as crooked as before and the the truck STILL pulls to the left. I head back to inform them, and all they could tell me was that they don't have an alignment technician onsite today. So who worked on my truck for 2 HOURS? They said I could come back again for a 3rd time tomorrow if I liked, as if my time didn't matter. If they didn't have someone capable of doing a proper alignment today why wouldn't they tell me that at the beginning so i didn't waste 2 hours of my day? At this point I just want my money back for the "alignment" they did. I'll get a proper alignment elsewhere.

Allen Tire of HB is outstanding. The staff is always friendly, looking to help and very professional. Matthew, the manager is very kind and fair. I love their operation!

Matthew was excellent to work with! He moved quickly with getting me options for different tires, but I never felt rushed. He gave great insight and it felt like he was as excited about seeing the new tires on my van as I was!
