A Kids Dentist

WARNING !! Bumped my nephews appointment (that we scheduled two months prior with a $500 deposit) stating that the appointment was not actually saved and not actually guaranteed. One receptionist called requesting another $2000 for a deposit. Received another call from a different receptionist for $1500. They claimed that our insurance didnt cover the anesthesiologist so thats why. We called insurance and they did approve. Super shady money hungry dental office. We ended up canceling completely due to all this frustration and now we wont be receiving the $500 back. Going to fight it. Terrible terrible company. I would not suggest any major dental work from here. Unprofessional all around. DO NOT GO.

Great place for your kids. They have games tv's, and a really cool atmosphere. The staff a really good with kids which makes it easy when trying to get the kids to go. Thank you, a kids dentist.

A frauds dentist! This has to be the worst service known to mankind the office itself is fine the staff is horrible. Not only did they keep my 300 dollar deposit after telling me the wrong information. But calling and asking any questions is impossible for them. Not only will you be on hold for 10-30 minutes for every single question but none of the staff is on the same page. If you would like to receive horrible service this is the place youll wanna go. Probably has a lot to do with my nationality if Im being perfectly honest. All you will receive is sarcasm and horrible customer service. My daughter is supposed to get her cavities filled but now Im really not comfortable using this specific office. The dentist herself seemed just bothered with my questions and let a front office rep take over my Questions. Which only led to further confusion.

DO NOT go here. Dr. Shah NEVER sees your kid it's always the front desk ladies. It is extremely pricey and now they are charging $20 because of COVID? Mask and gloves are something you have to use always not just now or do they use the same gloves for all patients? I took my son here for ortho and there's not a single day I dont regret it. I ended up filing a claim. The "doctor " didn't even know what the procedure was my son going through because they NEVER check the chart. If your kid is here already make sure they always have the chart on hand. The last time I was there the guy didn't have any idea of my sons problem. There was no people and I waited for 45min. While I was waiting Dr. Shah was in the other side of the room SCREAMING and throwing things to the wall cursing and threatening someone with a law suit. It was a total chaos. And something else I noticed is that even of your child doesn't need ortho they will scare you in order to convince you. Kids don't really need ortho until they loose all of their baby teeth. I ended up finding a different place viva smile and what a huge difference on every single aspect . My wish for this "doctor" is for her to loose her license for SCAMMING all of her patients.
