Martha helped my mom get a better rate on her home and auto insurance when my mom thought she already had the best she could get. My favorite aspect about Martha's approach is that she is not sales-y...she presents you with the facts and gives you the time to compare what she's offering to what you already have. It was through this method that we realized there were some things my mom wasn't even covered for, that was included in Martha's offer...for LESS. Needless to say my mom wanted to make the switch immediately, and thankfully the transition from Progressive to Farmers was seamless( thanks to Martha's guidance).
