        Ive been living here over a year and enjoy it. The manager Leo is helpful and always on top of things which makes it a great experience living here. The Pool and complex are constantly clean which is a big plus.

        I really needed an affordable studio and that is exactly what I got at Kerrwood Manor with laundry facilities almost always available and a decent pool. Community is improving and couple parks nearby. I really like living at Kerrwood Manor and the view I have of the park across the street. My whole studio was renovated and it looks dope.

        Ive been living at Kerrwood Manor for about 4 years and its a great apartment complex that has delivered amazing experiences for me since Ive been living here. The property manager Leo does a wonderful job of running the place and making sure her tenants are satisfied and comfortable. She is very nice, professional and gets back to you quickly if you have a question or maintenance issues.

        I love Kerrwood Manor !!! Our property manager "Leo" has made our little complex are genuine community. We are super close to the major freeways; so very convenient. And there are (2) parks and wonderful food choices you can walk to !! I was afraid to live in an apartment, but Kerrwood is safe, and the apartments are spacious. I thank "Leo" for all her efforts to make sure this is the best place in North Long Beach to call HOME !!!
