I've worked with Kim for years, and she has ALWAYS treated me and my clients with VIP status! She is very responsive, quick with quotes, thourough, pro-active, knowledgable, experienced, and SUPER-friendly. She goes above and beyond with customer service, and knows what to look for when generating a quote, so what you see is what you get, with no surprises or post-closing issues, like some other agencies (they will actually cancel your policy!). She even helped my client with a home that was a "flip gone wrong", where half of the home had been left under construction, and let him know how to still have coverage while finishing it out, and what to do once complete. She also has helped when a California FAIR Plan was needed, and advised of costs involved and alternative options. This lady knows her stuff, and is GOOD. I like her service, and prices, so much that when I finally bought a home and did my own comparisons, I elected to go with her for my own personal home and car insurance. She saved me a lot! And, she would come in to speak at my real estate Brokerage once a month, to make our agent team aware of real issues, how to prevent them, and new changes. She's not only my insurance agent, but she also has become a good friend (she's also into exercise, nutrition, and is a great mom)! Love Kim! Highly-recommended!
