Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was my first time using this location, glad I did. They are patient and have a nice selection of cars. Customer service was excellent. Tia went above and beyond to make sure everything went well with my return. Thanks Enterprise, I will definitely be back!

Very bad experience. I was given a car that was not cleaned. It smell of heavy cigarettes smoking. I was choking and coughing. The next day when I went back and asked for an exchanged they downgraded my standard SUV reservation to compact car. After the exchange I drove away and after like 15 minutes of driving away at night the lady at the office called me back to return immediately that there was something wrong with the car she gave me. I drove back I turned around and went back and she exchanged the car she gave me to a much worst car. Remember I paid for standard SUV but received a compact car. Then they charged me a full amount for the standard SUV. The staff were very rude and unprofessional.

Exceptional service! From the pick up to drop off every step was fast, easy, and seamless. I received outstanding service from Richy. He made a typically tasking ordeal of renting a car enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service!

I was having a horrible day ,and I must say,Johnathan and Tia were very helpful and understanding ,despite my unnecessary mood thank you both for.your helpi and providing excellent customer service .I highly recommend renting again at this location
