Absolutely terrible. I had a reservation for them to pick me up at 5:30 pm, at 5:40 I have to call them to see where they are at 5:55 they call to say they’re out front...of the wrong address. Never heard from them again, they just didn’t pick me up, closed up shop and left for the night. Absolutely terrible service.

So this location wants to disregard what a government website is stating for anyone who's driver's license has just expired and need renewal My brother had to renewed his driver's license and as of today it's only 29 days expired The government website in California states any driver's license that has expired is extended for 6 months meaning that it's not expired for 6 months The enterprise locations in San Diego California are not aware of it Pacific Coast highway location is now aware of it and they do follow by the government stated rules on their website so they will honor receipts and extensions for 6 months on your driver's license The employees here at this location is rude they never have vehicles ready for you and they try to push you away instead of finding a way to get you in your reservation and out the door. I have already contacted the corporate and let them know so now the district manager will be notified of this complaint and hopefully they go by the government stated website because if a police officer can go by the Dmv's government stated website why can't enterprise? For enterprise locations to disregard that the DMV states they don't want anyone in their location who's not needed to be because of Corona virus.
Enterprise still will tell you to go to the DMV disregarding what the Dmv government has applied. Managers supervisors district managers and any higher department please educate your employees on what stated on the government websites. Your enterprise website says you want to continue to keep your members safe so one way of keeping us safe is applying the rules
