Mc Vey Insurance

Very bad experience trying to cancel my auto insurance policy. I bought another policy at another insurance company with more favorable terms, which generated a signed cancellation request to McVey Insurance. The written request was refused by Pam Stephens. Her suggested alternative was not viable either as it would have required me to sign a false/erroneous document. When I tried to explain why she hung up on me in mid-sentence. Completely unprofessional behavior by Pam. I ended up contacting the insurance carrier directly to get the policy cancelled, which finally occurred. Much time wasted dealing with this simple request. Complaint filed with the insurance carrier.

McVey Insurance has been an absolute dream to work with. Even after we moved out of state they continued to help us. Wonderful staff and coverage. We never worried about anything.
