        I made a telephone inquiry to the Murrieta store with the windows department. Staffer Otto helped me out & did a great job in scheduling me for a free estimate on a job. He followed up on the call as he promised, was not only knowledgeable but also friendly & very pleasant to talked to. Good job, Otto! Leonardo Garcia, the Senior design consultant for home services came to my house to do the estimate on my windows. He was very professional, knowledgeable about the product & showed me a good overview with details of what the job would involve. He represented Home Depot very well & should be commended for his work. Thank you Sir for your help!!!
