We listed our property in September of 2023, Nicole took the reins and set up all of the project management which was so helpful and made the entire process go smoothly. Despite the interest rates increasing we were able to get an offer and get the ball rolling for sale. This is where the story gets interesting. The same day we were due to close, our building had a pipe burst and our condo flooded! Talk about freak accident & terrible timing! Cameron and Nicole really stepped up and helped us navigate this mid sell fluke! They were wonderful agents to work with, and patient beyond what we could have expected. Our decision to sell stretched out over more than 6 months, and most realtors would have understandably assumed we were never going to make up our minds. They continued to stick with us until we made our decision, and once we started work they had a great network of vendors to recommend for home repairs, staging, etc. For anyone who doesn't have the bandwidth to source these things on their own, it was extremely helpful to have them take this on for us.Selling your home is always a hassle, but they removed as much of the hassle as we could have expected.

We recently had an opportunity to work with Cameron and Nicole Platt of Abio Properties in the sale of our Oakland home on Calmar Ave., and the experience was certainly all that we could have asked for. Having lived in our Calmar home for 40 years, our sale certainly had the possibility of being a very trying experience, especially with the external market factors such as inflation, rising interest rates and other market conditions clouding the waters. However, Cameron and Nicole were superb in all aspects of the process including preparation and staging of our house, developing a marketing strategy, and working with various contractors and agents. However, the true measure of their gifts as realtors was found in their attention to detail, knowledge of the industry, ability to communicate, and they're patience and willingness to understand and address all of our concerns with honesty and candor. I've known both Cameron and Nicole for over 12 years. Cameron helped me buy my first condo in 2008 on the brink of the crash, and now 12 years later, the two of them helped me sell the same condo with the efficiency and competence I remember. Selling a condo in the midst of Covid was not easy. On top of that, I was traveling and unavailable most of the time. Nicole spent endless amount of time repainting/cleaning/renovating for me and kept me in the loop constantly.  All of their recommendations are spot on and to my benefit.  The headache of staging and dealing with my HOA is more than I want to imagine.  They've done a great job.  My place was sold within our time frame and everything worked out as I hoped.  I would recommend the Platt team without reservation. Their professionalism and competence are just a small part of what they can bring to the table. I am grateful to both of them for all the hard work and positive energy.
