        The employees are beyond helpful! The manager is so kind and Lori goes above and beyond to help us. We have been coming to Kays in Palm Desert since 2015 and have always felt like family instead of just another customer!!

        Well i've had a few good experiences here in the past, but i'm sitting here at 10:26am on a Saturday waiting for someone to show up to open the store (they're supposed to open at 10am) . Frustrated that i'm wasting an entire morning .
