The sales lady was extremely rude to my wife and kids on New Years eve. The welcome to the store was with a rude we close in 15 minutes you know!. Questions on particular garments were answered with they are all over the store - figure it out. When the kids were playing near a sale display at the door, she rudely told my wife to tell them not to play near the displays. As someone who has been in the retail business myself, I think this is a serious attitude problem. It just ended up with us walking out of the store where we were sure we wanted to buy something.

Love this place! Fabulous customer service! If you can't find it in the store, they can find it for you online. Love their suiting! I have a dozen of their suits, and they all fit amazingly! The suiting holds up in the wash as well! No expensive dry cleaning bills. So worth it!
