        I love Ann Taylor and I usually shop online but the few times that I needed to visit the actual store,  the people at the register are not very friendly. They've treated me as if it's such a bother processing a return.   Mind you,I had everything with me.  Receipts, item with tags intact.  She was so rude!   I've gone here twice during the last 2 weeks  and both times (2 different Sales associate) they were not friendly.   No wonder the store is never busy!!

        I rushed into Ann Taylor looking for a very specific outfit for an occasion, that was about two hours away. Olivia helped me and was focused and clear with guiding me through.
