The staff is rude and unprofessional. I attempted to enter the store a few minutes before closing and an employee standing at the door snapped that I only had two minutes. They certainly have the right to turn away customers near closing, or let them know the store is about to close, but it doesn't have to be done in a snappy tone. When I told the employee that he needed to work on his greeting skills, he denied being rude. But then again, what can you expect from minimum wage employees who probably have no concept of customer service?

Great store! It is located on my way home from work and I stop by there often. They always have great sales, are tremendously friendly and very helpful too. I would highly recommend thia store!

The Caucasian woman working the front register today, September 6, around 5 pm should not be working in customer service. She acts as if customers are a distraction to her. I used the atm inside your store prior to shopping. One of the bills was split in half and barely holding together. I asked the cashier for a piece of tape. She said they don't have any tape up front and refused to go grab a piece and/or have someone grab a piece for her. The cashiers standoff attitude and lack of effort was frustrating. I've been a Walgreen's shopper for years but will be taking a break for a while and will shop with other businesses. Customer service is expected when it's us, the customers that are paying with our money.
