On the eve of my sister's serious surgery and just preceding a heat wave weekend, the AC condenser in her house died. Despite some staff going on vacation, Heald juggled schedules and made a beyond-the-call-of-duty effort to acquire a new unit and spend hours to install it just prior to my sister coming back to a now-cooled home. I am forever grateful. The company owner installed the unit and he was a pleasure to work with. I recommend this company without reservation. Greg Heald has kept our old central air gas furnace working well beyond it's normal life expectancy which is a tribute to his skill as an HVAC technician. Finally the main control board on the furnace quit working so it was time to replace the furnace. Greg installed a new Guardian gas furnace. It is quieter, way more efficient, puts out more volume while using less BTU than the old unit. It warms the house up in seconds not minutes! Heald is the best! Not only did they answer their phone after business hours, but they gave me an appointment the following day. It was so nice to have the air working again with the temperatures over 100 degrees. I also appreciate their honesty. I will be their customer for life and recommend them to all of my contacts having issues with their ac and heater. Keep up the good work!

Our HVAC quit on us suddenly, so we called a couple of different companies to take a look/quote us on getting it repaired. Doug came out and diagnosed the problem, which unfortunately ended up being that we needed a replacement (it was over 20 years old). He was very knowledgeable and didnt try to upsell us on anything. In fact, compared to other quotes we got, his price was most aggressive. Being that it it gets below freezing temps at night, we needed a replacement ASAP, so he scheduled us two days later.
