        Since i have moved in 2 months ago i have had - My Car stolen, The fridge has broken and my ceiling has leaked. I Stepped on a large nail walking my dog on the property. If you live on the first floor i hope you enjoy hearing the droning of all of your neighbors AC/Heating if you want to open your windows. The place is littered with foul smelling trees, you know the ones. I am only a few months into my lease and shudder to think at what the rest of my time here will bring me.

        Look no further! This is the place to be! I have nothing, but great things to say about this apartment complex. The management and maintenance were always so responsive and actively listened to any questions that I had during my stay. I always felt heard and that my space was respected. The community itself is quiet and I always felt safe, which is something that a lot of other complexes fall short on. If you want a place that really feels like home, then I highly recommend Rush River Apartments. 10 out of 10.

        My Partner and I lived here for a 12 month lease. We absolutely loved living here, unfortunately we had to leave due to our own personal issues. The management was AMAZING! Michelle helped us the whole way and was so kind and thoughtful. She did her best to help as best as she could. Its a great place for dogs no matter the size(we have a golden doodle and a chihuahua) 10/10 would recommend.

        Called the number on their website and the number for this google listing. Both are offsite answering services "that cannot transfer you to the main office" or give you a direct line. They both "set up a time for someone at the main office to call us to talk about leasing" and no one ever called us back at any of the times arranged. They must not want business/don't do business.

      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the leak that occurred during the most recent rain storms. Although our maintenance team arrived shortly after you called to make necessary repairs, we understand your disappointment with the situation. Ornamental pear trees are all over the Sacramento area and tend to have an odor around springtime, which only lasts for a short period. As for the vehicle theft, we hope the local authorities were notified and are assisting with this awful situation. We'd appreciate the opportunity to discuss any further issues and work towards a more satisfactory residency for you.

      Jeffrey, we apologize for the inconvenience as all of our communities in California, Washington and the corporates office were offline and without email for the last 8-10 days.
