        The overall buying experience was nice until the delivery confirmation/communication. I was initially told my vehicle's pickup date was 4/10 with delivery 4/15. 4/11 I ask about pickup and only then am I told that the pickup date had changed to 4/17 and delivery to 4/22. That's a full week of being without a vehicle I was planning on having. Wouldn't have been an issue had I been told it wasn't being picked up on the initial date ahead of time. 4/18 Update: Once again I've been informed of a pickup delay the DAY AFTER my car was supposed to be on a truck. I wasn't informed because my sales rep doesn't work Wednesdays, which baffles me that nobody else on the team is capable of keeping me up to date in their absence. I'm thoroughly unhappy with the lack of timely communication regarding the delivery changes of my car.

Our goal is to provide every customer with a 5-star experience so I apologize that yours did not meet that standard.  I understand your frustration with the time-frame given for your vehicle delivery and I apologize for any miscommunication from our shipping partner and our team regarding this information. Unfortunately there can be a delay in finding enclosed shipping freight as there are fewer options available for this request. I am able to confirm that your vehicle has been picked up and our shipping partner shows an estimated delivery date of 4/24. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas of improvement and we will address our current communication processes internally for days our employees have off and communication processes with our shipping partners.
