Metro by T-Mobile

The team at this Metro location is amazing, and thats an understatement. I went in to the store today to resolve an issue with my account and the 2 employees that helped me were the most patient people ever. Despite us having to be on the phone with customer service for about an hour, they remained patient and kind during the whole process. They made sure we were taken care of without being taken advantage of and that is something I can appreciate in a business. Thank you to you two and I will definitely be coming in soon to upgrade that phone! :)

Marleny helped us and it was probably the best customer service experience we have ever had. She was extremely courteous, helpful, and not aggressively trying to sell us things we don't need. She took the time to patiently and kindly help us with all of our questions regarding home internet and our current phone plan. Especially considering that during these times, customer service has taken a significant drop in quality, her excellent customer service skills really stood out.

Marleny was a breath of fresh air and provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond as she helped us set up home internet and gave us extra help with our services and phones. I hope to receive help from her the next time I'm here at this Metro PCS.

Excellent customer service! I stopped by and walked out with internet services in no time flat. I love that they are able and willing to multitask to accommodate all customers in a timely manner. I highly recommend!
