        5 stars just to Kia!!! (I hope Im spelling your name right) . She was incredibly informative and persuasive all throughout my visit today, she was super helpful and I could not have asked for a better experience. She was able to answer all the questions I had, and even informed me of all the awesome alternatives and options to consider. If I had more money she wouldve definitely sold me on everything she was offering. I felt super happy with all the decisions I made and it was all thanks to her and her great customer service! We need more people like her, Id give 10 stars if I could .

        Catherine N. (Store manager) was so helpful in assisting me with unlocking my phone. I no longer have T-Mobile but I once had Tmobile and unlocking my paid off phone was so complicated and I was going back and forth with my carrier and Tmobile and Catherine finally stepped in and truly advocated for me. She spent over an hour calling Tmobile and speaking to their customer service despite receiving pushback from them. She requested Tmobile customer service supervisor to do a 3 way call with her and my carrier and finally got my request approved. It was so frustrating but she truly did most of the work for me and I so appreciate that. She went above and beyond to help me even though I am not a current Tmobile customer. Thank you so much, Catherine!
