This location was the worst Hampton I've ever been to. Normally I love the Hampton! This particular hotel feels cheap, rundown, dirty smells bad, and is more like a motel 6 with a high price tag. We were given a room on the freeway side and could hear traffic all night long, as if we were camped right in the street itself. Privacy was minimal, the neighbors could easily be heard conversating , getting up and down from the bed, and even walking around the room. Cleanliness was fine, but they charged us 10.00 for a dirty towel and 10.00 to park in thier small (and only) parking lot outside. House keeping opened our door without knocking and tried to enter before it was even checkout time. I had to ask them to leave, but she was not able to understand anything I said due to a language barrier, making things more frustrating. The whole experience felt very invasive and exausting. I do not recommend this location.

Rooms are newly renovated, well stocked, beds are very very comfortable. Breakfast was stocked, hot and fresh. Guests & Staff was friendly, overly nice, and respectful. The hospitality Clerk, breakfast host, and house keeping were awesome, desk clerk, he deserve management and a raise. His customer service is to the moon. Im upset i forgot his name. We felt like we were visiting at family house. I truly didnt want to leave. I'd definitely stay whenever I come back to Sacramento. Thanks for help making my birthday a great one
