Lavender Nails & Spa

Paid $40 for a 20 minute experience, 5 minute foot massage. I keep my feet looking good so its not a lot of work, just polish and massage. Man didn't file my nails at all after i said no to the electric file. Rushed me out even though there were empty chairs. When I got home, noticed half my toe nail wasn't polished at all. Last month I had a great experience and thought this was my new place; after that last pedicure, I won't be back.

edited: 6/18/23 Odd that a man did my pedicure and I don't think the service took 30 minutes. 10 of that was sitting waiting for a technician! I keep up on my feet so I basically go for the foot and calf massage and new color paint...no need to do serious work on my feet. Other partons were still there that got there before me, because they were getting an actual foot and leg massage during their pedicure. He washed half of the scrub down the drain and never massaged the back of my calf, it was probably a 4 minute massage total. He wanted to use the electric file and I said no so my nails didn't get filed at all. Empty chairs so I'm not sure why I got rushed out. Very disappointed and won't be back, when a month ago I thought this place was fabulous. He didn't even paint the entire nail! Sides of big toe have no polish now that im home and can look closer. Oh, and I saw staff counting money 3 times. They could have been counting more had I gotten the service I paid for last time, which was fantastic.

They were able to get me in and taken care of quickly and efficiently. Even with my ticklish feet
