MYND management is the worst company ever. I left this home better than what I came into. I had the carpets professionally cleaned, after my move out. I forwarded the invoice and they failed to review. I had to sent the invoice again after I see they are hold funds for carpet cleaning in the amount of 600.00. Their response after days of me requesting my deposit That the carpet had to be replaced which would be in the amount of 5000.00. WHAT??? The carpet was original when the home was build over 15 years ago . I have never ever dealt with a company that was so incompetent in my life. I will be filing a small claims!!!! Please do not rent a home from this company. ***. I could go on and on about this company! But need to bring my blood pressure down .

I have had the same bad experience as others. I got charged $15 for a door lock and got charged 185 to install which I felt it was very excessive. I have been with them three months and have not yet full received the full rent payment. Definitely seemed better at first. I would not recommend this company.

RENTERS BEWARE! They will steal your money! Took 1600$ from my deposit after leaving the house immaculate! Even charged me 137$ for a truck to remove trash that didn't exist. This is a predatory company based out of California and you will regret renting from them. Takes months to get anything fixed. I had to change the locks the first day because they left me locked out on moving day costing me hundreds of dollars, tried to raise my rent. Overall terrible experience. I'm now forced to litigate the charges because they just take anything they want. BE CAREFUL! Choose a different company!
