As a client, I want to have someone that has my best interest at heart. He handled all of the negotiations so that I could focus my time on other important things. Tuan with Power Investment Real Estate was a great help to me. I needed to get into a commercial building with the right specifications and in a timely manner. He found a perfect location for us within 5 minutes of my home and ideal office and warehouse space. I did not know how much paper work and different types of lease options there were when signing up for a commercial space. Tuan broke it down for me and I received a better deal than expected with his negotiation skills. If you are looking to buy or lease commercial space Tuan is the guy to call.
